On the nose, the wine is exceptionally delicate. Fennel, lime, lemon, and very subtle brioche notes show the yeast. Everything is underpinned by the typical, stony minerality of the Karthauserhof. The impression continues on the palate. The acid runs precisely through the mouth. A pleasing herbal spice and a minerality
