Rim Lock- DHM CO 1500 double keyhole Ontario Canada as a foundryRim Lock DHM CO 1500 Horizontal mount style rim lock made by Denver Hardware Manufacturing Co. It is marked on the outside DHM CO. This was a small fairly regional company that operated between 1892 1895. It may have also had some connection to Russell and Erwin, as I have a door plate with this marking in what seems to be the popular R & E Amarat pattern. The rim lock features an additional latch locking mechanism at the top. The latch is reversible.
