Otaka Tokubetsu Junmai 720ml rich-sweet and white fishThis sake is made 100% in Kyoto, using Iwai rice (polished to 60%) and Shiragikusui soft water, giving it a smooth, mellow taste. The hawk on the label comes from a wall painting at Nijo Castle. A classic Kyoto Fushimi style sake, it has a light fruity aroma, soft texture, and well balanced semi dry finishperfect for beginners. Best enjoyed at room temperature year round.
