Glacial Age Trios It's a great wine toOn October 20th, 2022 we picked these grapes by hand with a team of family and friends. This day came after a long year of farming, where Satyr Fire performed all of the viticulture for these grapes beginning with pruning in January. We pressed the wine directly into two 350L neutral white wine barrels, where the wine fermented and then aged for 10 months. We stirred the barrels once per month throughout that time, drumming up spices, cream, and
