COR JARING (1936 - 2013), Reportage Zuid-Oost Azië in 70 originele foto's fashion throughout illustrated in B&W andCor Jaring (Amsterdam, 18 december 1936 17 november 2013) was een Nederlands fotograaf en conceptueel kunstenaar die vooral bekend werd met zijn werk uit de jaren zestig en zeventig. In 1966 bracht Jaring een bezoek aan Japan en aansluitend Formosa, Hong Kong, Tailand en Indonesi. Hij beschrijft hieronder hoe dat begon.
